Guar Tack
A multipurpose additive for hydraulic seeding applications

Used to...

...lubricate fiber thus allowing for greater spray range from turret or hose runs.

...pump coarser fiber products that would otherwise clog a typical Hydroseeder.

...improve fiber dispersal on soil contact producing a uniform erosion resistant cover.

...hold fiber, seed and other additives in place until vegetation stabilizes surface

This quick thickening concentrated organic powder will keep the soil and fiber in place until the seeds can germinate and create nature’s permanent erosion control.

Guar Tack is ideal for projects where the client may be required to use natural bioorganic products, such as waterways or wildlife habitats.

Contains a food grade hydrolyzed Guar powder that is safe and easy to mix into the Hydroseed slurry.

Able to completely hydrolyze in less time than it takes to load a tank (5 to 15 minutes)

Guar Tack’s high solubility enables more product to enter the mulch slurry resulting in a more cost effective application. A biodegradable plant derived hydrocolloid polysaccharide; Guar Tack is non-toxic and non-corrosive allowing for easier cleanup.

Mixing: In standard Hydraulic Seeding Equipment add slowly to agitated water during charging of Hydroseeder.
